Great American Art is passionate about artists, and nothing brings us more joy than helping artists get paid for their creative works. Here’s a little more info about submitting artwork for consideration.
There is no cost to you to be part of the artist program.
Our artist program isn’t for everyone. We do have very specific requirements for what works well for our markets, which include healthcare, senior living, corporate, government, and education. Therefore unfortunately not all submissions will be accepted. Although we respect all forms of art, we will not accept nude or political images into our program as they would not work with the markets we serve.
We have tried to make the process as simple as possible. You will submit a little information about yourself and 20 low-res images that represent the range of your work for our team to review for our program. Our team will make a decision within 24-48 hours, and you will be notified. If your art is approved you will receive a link, where you will fill out more information, upload a minimum of 50 images, and select your royalty level. From there your artwork should be published to the site within 48 hours, and will be available for projects within our online catalog. As artwork is sold, we pay the royalty you selected on the 15th of the following month.
Currently the Artist Portal is only for reproductions of artwork, which can be created on a variety of substrates from canvas to aluminum, to wood, to acrylic, and more. However, if you have original pieces you’d like us to consider, please contact us directly
Although you will submit 20 low res images for consideration in our program, once accepted, artists should have a minimum of 50 hi-res images to upload. Why so many? We tend to work on large volume projects where we will want to draw from a selection of pieces with similar looks and feels. Keep in mind some of our top artists have very large portfolios. The more the merrier.
